Friday Fabric Fun

I couldn’t believe it is Friday already. This week has flown by and I don’t have a lot I can show for it.

My project for the Orange You Glad is almost a finished flimsy.

I also managed to get the corner pieces on my scrappy blocks.

The blocks are now squared up and ready to be assembled to another quilt top for Quilts for Lytton. I’m looking forward to this finish. It’s such a fun, scrappy pattern.

I also managed to get my EPP kit organized with pattern pieces and fabrics ready to start.

I was very excited when checking my emails and blogs I follow last night. I was featured on a blog I love, For The Love of Geese. I try to join Denise’s linky party Put Your Foot Down when I have a finish or WIP I’m loving. Denise thought that one of my scrappy quilts was worth a show! 😉

Things are settling down here with our wildfire. Still really smoky but at least I can get outside for a walk and DH can play golf.

What’s got your attention this week? Have you been having fun with fabric?

Thanks for stopping by. I enjoy reading and responding to your comments and do reply to each one. 😄 Carol

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.

    1. Thank you Gail. The stash is getting limited after almost 2 years of being on a fabric diet so I am stretching to find the fabric I need without shopping but it is a fun challenge 😉
