I have been able to get busy playing with scraps since I last posted.
I decided on making scrappy blocks for the RSC and then thought I needed to add some Scrappy Gnomes to a few of the blocks:
I also have been working on a Double Wedding Ring quilt. The center block was gifted to me by Denise and I’ve been emptying my scrap boxes to finish making the arcs. I did need to find a background fabric, but didn’t have a cream that matched (which I know I did at one point in time 😉). I’m happy to be cleaning out my boxes of leftover scraps which work for the arcs.
I was able to use scraps to do these two Project Quilting pouches.
My hexies are slowly being hand stitched. I’m not sure how this one is exactly going to finish since I was just making/adding hexies to learn how to do EPP!
I also had the opportunity to do some pattern testing for Sandra Healy Designs. All of the fabrics came from my scrap bins or the leftover pieces from other projects. Her patterns can be found here.

Well, you know I like the gnomes! Your 54-40 or Fight pouch is a cutie, too. I finally have a plan for the current challenge – now to find time to fit it in this week! No TDT update, since I’m still working on last week’s list – sigh.
