I spent the week at the studio and had a misadventure on my way home Saturday night resulting in my not getting home until 1:30 Sunday morning, but life is always an adventure, right? 😅
Last To-Do list:
1. Keep working on my hand quilting and EPP projects. Some progress
2. Keep working on my pattern test since everything is cut now. No progress 😢
3. When I get back to the studio, if time allows, I need to finish the commission and A Roll of the Dice. The A Roll of the Dice is on the frame, but with real life and Samantha sidetracking me (not to mention the heat (up to 42 Celsius some days😓) I didn’t get to play with my longarm.
4. Keep working on my next Blog Hop projects, everything is planned and I’m just finishing cutting the fabrics for two quilts as I’m writing this post. Some progress. 😉
5. Keep Samantha and her squirrel friends from sidetracking me this week. 😳🐿🐿 Didn’t happen but I’m good with the results. 😉
This week’s goals:
1. Keep working on my hand quilting and EPP projects.
2. Keep working on my pattern test since everything is cut now.
3. When I can get back to the studio, I need to finish my A Roll of the Dice quilt.
4. Keep working on my next Blog Hop projects, everything is planned, fabrics are cut and piecing has begun. 😄
5. Keep working on the quilting on the Panel Quilt.
6. Do not allow Samantha to sidetrack me this week. 😳🐿🐿

You really did have an adventure! I thought about you yesterday as I mopped – lol – when you said you “deep cleaned” in prep for K’s return home. I just Googled “42 Celsius” and wow, that IS hot for your neck of the woods!

Hi Linda. I think everywhere is having weird weather (read extreme) but at least it’s not the heat dome record high of 52 Celsius on the deck like last year 😓
