A few days or a week or so ago Susan from Desert Sky Quilts posted about a scrappy quilt along that Joy from Days Filled With Joy was hosting.
I decided it might be fun so I got started on it after pulling out my scraps.

I quickly got caught up with steps 1 – 6.
Last night I finished Step 7. I am loving these pretty scrappy blocks and enjoying remembering so many quilts made from these bits of scrappy goodness.

Now to start on the next step.
What are you working on? Are you getting some quality time in with your machine?
Thank you for stopping by. I do appreciate your visits. 😉 Carol
I’ve been just playing with little bits of this and that in my quilt room. A little organizing (not much – a bit of moving things from one place to another – LOL), making little projects. Today I actually finished piecing a UFO. Might even quilt it this weekend, but I don’t want to get too overly ambitious! Will be fun to see this project you are working on. Some of your scraps are very fun!

Thank you Wendy. Sounds like you are having a good day, puttering and getting things done! I had to go to town, mask on. I did stop at a fabric store😉. Limited # of customers. No touching fabric. Had to have a staff member take packages down and turn them over so I could read the information. It was an interesting experience 😉. Dinner and chores done. Now it’s binding time. 😄

One of my favorite parts of scrap quilting is all the happy memories. I am doing this quiltalong, too, and enjoying it very much.

It cracks me up that you and Deanna both started late and are on time now, while I started on time, and I’m late now. LOL Your blocks look great!

It’s funny when a project just grabs you and it goes together so quickly.
