Q3 Finish Along

The sunshine is bringing with it the third quarter for our Finish Along for those who are sewing along and racking up those finishes.

My goals so far for this quarter are:

1. Do the Kaleidoscope test pattern quilt top for the Quilt Pattern Magazine using the following fabrics;

2. Do the Leftover pattern test for Canuck Quilter. This might also work for not 1, but 2 items of my UFO and Projects Half Done List!

3. Do the Wild Spin pattern test for The Quilt Pattern Magazine with perhaps this fabric sweetness;

4. Finish any UFO off my UFO and Projects Half Done List.

5. Finish any second UFO off my UFO and Projects Half Done List.

6. Start knitting my slippers.

7. Make my felted slippers.

8. Take care of any squirrels that get in my face this quarter! 🤪

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.

  1. Hi Carol! Love that paisley fabric. I am planning on quilting the paisley shape on a quilt top this quarter, and seeing that fabric just reminds me of how much I want to get started on it. ~smile~ Roseanne

    1. I love quilting a paisley design. I do all my quilting on a domestic do this is one of my favourite designs to quilt. It’s so easy to tailor it to suit the quilt. I seem to be on a blue/brown kick right now so I just had to have this fabric; blue, brown and paisley heaven! 🤪 Carol
