Hello everyone and welcome to this week’s linky party.
Here in our part of the world it’s wildfire season but we are making progress. Most of the thousands evacuated from towns in the Okanagan valley are being allowed back in to see if their homes survived. The stories of people’s heroic actions to help people and rescue animals have filled my heart with happiness and pride, while I am also filled with sadness for all of the properties lost. I can only thank our firefighters and the brave souls who helped. 🤗

It seems like there are fires everywhere this summer. Sure appreciate those who put their lives on the line to battle those fires!

Me too, Wendy. I’m just grateful we aren’t on alert here this year but so sad for everyone else affected.
