Hello everyone and welcome to this week’s linky party. I hope you’ve all made good memories whether your holiday was Dominion Day in Canada or Independence Day in America. How did you spend yours? With family and friends? Attending local celebrations? Or quietly (like me) with your fabric and machine, rulers and rotary cutters?

Just look at the gorgeous projects from last week’s linky party:

Now its time for this week’s party;
- This linky party is for any project – It can be in-progress or a finished piece.
- You can link up your blog post (not your homepage please) or Instagram photo from the past week that features one of your projects.
- If you are linking to a blog post, I ask that you link back to my blog somewhere in your post. There will be a linky party available every week!
- This is a party so remember to socialize and comment on the posts of others.
- Following or commenting on my blog is not necessary but it sure would be great if you do!
Here’s this week’s link up;
Thank you for visiting, cheering each other on and sharing our party! 🎉 Carol

We had a nice day, but spent most of the 4th of July holiday watching a severe thunderstorm with 80+ mph winds blow through town at just before the fireworks would kick off. It was definitely a memorable holiday. Hope your Canada Day was much less exciting.

That storm sounds horrific Kate.
My Canada Day was spent working at the golf course for 10 hours and then spending some quality time with my sewing machine after I had DH settled in. It was great! 😊

Our kiddos were at a big celebration for the 4th at American Village, so we stayed home as there were SOOO many people there! My SIL actually had to be there both the 3rd and 4th as he works for our county IT and that is one of his accounts. He had to make sure all the tech was working properly! It’s a really cool place with characters and history interspersed among the music and food trucks and other activities. So we had a nice, quiet 4th, but so happy to be alive during this historic time!

What a great quote! We also had a quiet celebration. Since Daddy’s passing, I like quiet days, even holidays. Here’s to wishing you a fabulous week!
