Hello and welcome to the To Do Tuesday link party!
Did you get to visit all 20 quilters who joined our party last week? I’m happy to say I was able to and was impressed with the progress everyone made on all of their projects. I’ve been hard pressed to stick with my list and not add every single project that every one is doing to my list! My DH would not be happy if I took over more of our apartment to stack more WIPs and project bins everywhere! 😉

If any of you have issues linking up, please leave a comment below or email me your URL and I’ll post it for you. I am adding this note just in case we have issues again.
My week was busy with another trip to the studio, some almost finishes and another Blog Hop Challenge being posted. it ended with my coming home with a nasty flu bug (the first in several years, I might add🤮) and losing most of my day on Friday. I felt better by dinner time and even sewed for a while Friday night and a couple of hours on Saturday in between household chores and taking down our winter carport and being at the Guild for a meeting.

Here are the details for linking up:
- This linky party is for any project – It can be in-progress or a finished piece.
- You can link up your blog post (not your homepage please) or Instagram photo from the past week that features one of your projects.
- If you are linking to a blog post, I ask that you link back to my blog somewhere in your post. There will be a linky party available every week!
- This is a party so remember to socialize and comment on the posts of others.
- Following or commenting on my blog is not necessary but it sure would be great if you do!
It is now your turn to share what you are working on or have finished.
Thank you to everyone for joining our party. Feel free to share the link and encourage your friends to join in so we can all be inspired and ogle their fun projects, too! 🤗 Carol

So glad the sudden illness was short lived. Congrats on all the progress last week. Fingers crossed this week is at least as good.

So sorry to know you were ill during the week, but glad it didn’t last too long. That’s great that you had a chance to work on some finishes, in spite of it. Have a great Tuesday, Carol!

Even with a flu bug thrown in, you still get so much done in a week! I’m glad the bug didn’t lay you low for too long. Fun to see the double wedding ring on the frame!

That was a short bout of flu. I hope you know how lucky you were that it didn’t drag on for a couple of weeks.
I’m curious about your winter carport. Is it portable? If so, how does it stand up to wind and snow? I need a portable carport for summer shade, but I haven’t seen one that wouldn’t get torn up with our wind.

Hi Marti. I am guessing I was really lucky with the big only lasting as long as it did. The carport is one of those vehicle shelters. Since I live in the mountains of BC, we get lots of snow and wind and the carport has held up for 5 years. We got the frame from a friend when we moved here. I just use a regular tarp on it and they usually last 3 years even with our weather. 😉

Thank you Danice. I’ll be reorganizing next week and making sure it’s easier to find even if there’s lots going on on my blog. 😉
