I was thrilled when trying to get caught up on emails and reading blog posts to see that Jennifer, The Inquiring Quilter featured my SAHRR quilt on her Wednesday Wait Loss 319!

This is the quilt that made the cut:

It all started with the centre block:

You can read about my quilt here. It has the links back to Quilting Gail’s post and the other amazing quilter’s who hosted the weekly challenges.
To continue on this past few weeks I finished two more quilt tops and even started the stitch in the ditch on one of them.

Both are still not finished being quilted, but I have started the stitch in the ditch on the Pond Quilt and I have drawn up my quilting plan for the DWR.
Thank you for stopping by to read my post. Comments are appreciated and always replied to! 😉 Carol

Hi Carol! I can see why you were featured. Your version of the SAHRR turned out so nicely. I think it was brilliant turning your center block INTO the spool. That has stayed with me since you first shared it. Great job. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne

Thank you Roseanne. It was almost as fun as you using your blocks to make a sewing machine 😊
