I’ll be linking up with To-Do Tuesday which is being hosted by Linda from Texas Quilt Gal and making sure I go see what everyone else is planning for the upcoming week.
Last goals:
It was another week of meetings and appointments but I did manage to carve out some time to play with fabric.
1. Keep working on my hand quilting, EPP projects and leader/ender projects. Some progress; the hand quilting is done on my little quilt; just needs binding. 😁

2. When I get back to the studio, if time allows, I need to quilt my version of A Roll of the Dice which is on the frame. No studio time yet. 😢
3. Keep working on the commission quilt.
4. Finish my second Heading North quilt, designed by Sandra of MMM Quilts.

5. Deal with meetings and appointments as they arise.
6. Finish my projects and write posts for my next blog hops.

7. Do not allow Sam or any of her squirrel friends to distract me any more this week. 🐿💕🐿

Stitchin’ Time

Kate from Life in Pieces hosts a weekly linky party to help us keep to our goals of stitching every day.
I’m trying for at least 30 minutes a day this year, but also am allowing myself the guiltless days when real life was too busy, emotional or just trying. It’s been a year so far and it doesn’t seem as if life will allow me to get back to my peaceful days of fondling fabric, at least not quite yet.

Stash Report

I like to link with Donna @ QuiltPaintCreate to keep track of fabric in and out of my stash.
- Fabric previous balance: 28.75 Yards
- Fabric Used: 12 yards
- Fabric Bought: 0 yards
- Balance in stash to use this year: 16.75 Yards
* my goal is to lessen my stash by 100 yards this year. I haven’t managed to actually figure out how much fabric I really have in my stash so it just seems to be reasonable to set a goal to continue working from my stash.
* any fabric used from the scrap bins, was gifted or a prize; doesn’t count as stash

Thanks Gail. It was my crack at hand quilting. I think I must have Amish blood. I do very tiny stitching. So glad you enjoyed Samantha. She sure brings me joy. 😉

That second Heading North quilt really is cool the way it plays with your eyes and makes them keep moving around the quilt! The Lone Star – wow…

Wendy I think I’d be afraid if Winnie and Sam ever got together. Can you imagine the ideas they’d come up with? 😉
