Today was the best day getting mail!
I had been waiting for a bundle of scraps from a good friend in America. It finally arrived today!

I can’t thank my friend Susan from Desert Sky Quilting enough for these perfect bits for a quilt I have been saving my batik bits for!
Then I also received some treasures from Felicia’s World. I couldn’t believe how quickly this parcel arrived from America!

My final piece of mail was a pattern I had ordered.

I’m not sure when I will get to making this bag but at least I do have the pattern now! 😉
Hmmm. Looks like there might be a few squirrels invited in with that happy mail. HAHA! What wonderful things to find in the post. ~smile~ Roseanne

Happy Mail is always fun! One tip when you do get ready to make the gear bag, make sure you have all the items you need before you start. Annie’s zippers are great, because the zipper tape is wider and easier to sew with the bulk of the layers.

Thank you Wendy. I did remember that you had a reason for using Annie’s zippers, but I couldn’t remember what it was 😉
