I had planned on quilting my SAHRR before the parade but life did get in the way.

I had a chance to get to my studio but I had to finish this treasure before I could start quilting my SAHRR.

It actually is squared up and threads buried. Unfortunately it went out the door to its happy new owner before I could get a finished photo. She was so anxious to have it she is finishing the binding.

Then I had to come home early to take care of some things that came up 😳
So I do not get to join the parade, but I’m heading over to check what everyone else did for this fun Challenge.
Sometimes things like that happen – and the quilt you finished is so pretty! I can see why she was eager to get it. Your SAHRR is just lovely and it will be fun to see how you quilt it, parade or no. 🙂

Glad you were able to join the SAHRR Parade, after all, Carol. You weren’t the only one who didn’t get to the quilting part of the project! Mine is on the longarm waiting to be quilted. I’ll be looking forward to seeing how your lovely top gets quilted!
