2020 Finishalong

#2020FALQ1List

This year the finish along is on Instagram and is using hashtags to enter lists and finishes.

#2020FALQ1List

I’m not sure if I can teach myself to use Instagram before this first quarter starts, but I can do my list:

1. Finish piecing the Mosaic Mystery QAL and get all of the borders on it.

2. Piece the blocks and assemble for the Trinkets pattern I am testing.

3. Piece the blocks and assemble for the Revolution pattern I am testing.

4. Piece the blocks and assemble the Vortex pattern by Wilmington Prints.

5. Quilt and bind Star Crossed Plaid and send it to Clarke, my second great granddaughter.

6. Try to get at least 2 more quilts finished off my To Be Quilted List finished.

7. Keep up with the Project Quilting 11 challenges.

Woot! I think I managed to post it on Instagram!

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.

      1. When you click on the + sign to start a post in IG it shows the most recent photo on your phone. If you click a little button that shows up on the photo itself, bottom right – it looks like stacked pages or photos (!) – then you can choose more photos. You can even select the order you want them to be shared except for the very first one. So, if you want to share a different photo first, select that one instead of the most recent one IG selected for you. Give it a try and then ask questions! Oh, and you need to add your #hashtag in your blog posts or on your sidebar so that your readers can find you. In your IG posts you need to start a hashtag like #quiltschmilt or whatever isn’t being used by someone else. Then others can add to your IG posts by sharing quilts they make using your idea or patterns. ~smile~ Roseanne
