Hello from a cool frosty British Columbia. I hope wherever you are you are staying warm and not suffering from frigid temperatures or heavy snow loads.
How has your week gone? Were you happy with the progress you made on your lists last week?
We had 25 people link to our party and even one brand new visitor linked up! I have a rather scattered phot array of the posts. I do hope you were able to visit and cheer each other on. I get to visit everyone tomorrow after a day of working at my Guild starting organizing our annual fundraiser. 😁 it’s been hectic here with meetings and getting ready for a fundraiser this weekend at the Golf Club and starting the prep for our Guild fundraiser in April.
Now it’s time for you to join in and share your lists of projects you plan on working on or finishing up this week.
- This linky party is for any project – It can be in-progress or a finished piece.
- You can link up your blog post (not your homepage please) or Instagram photo from the past week that features one of your projects.
- If you are linking to a blog post, I ask that you link back to my blog somewhere in your post. There will be a linky party available every week!
- This is a party so remember to socialize and comment on the posts of others.
- Following or commenting on my blog is not necessary but it sure would be great if you do!
- You are invited to the Inlinkz link party
I’m looking forward to the upcoming months as I am getting back in to the normal groove of my retired life. It looks like we might actually find staff for the clubhouse this year so I feel like I have a reprieve! 😉
Thank you for joining in on the fun of this party which I am so proud to be hosting. Feel free to share the news of our party. The people who join in rapidly become friends and a wonderful cheering squad.
🤗 Carol
I’m sure you are relieved to hear you should have staff for the clubhouse. Hopefully your groove comes back on the quilting front. It sounds like you are still really busy with things. Stay warm!

Thanks Kate. It does seem as if 2024 will be a calmer year so all is good. Temps are warming up and we are supposed to get 8” of snow tonight 😁

I do hope your staff comes through for the golf season – you could definitely do with a reprieve! Hope you can enjoy a quieter week of sewing and staying in and cozy!

Fingers crossed for staff. I’m at the Guild 2 days this week for organizing our Fundraiser, at the Guild for 1 day of quilting fun, in town on Friday to shop for supplies, in the Clubhouse Saturday for prep for the Golf Club Fundraiser on Sunday. At least I’m indoors unless I’m shovelling. 😁

It typical January temperatures out west too which means very cold.
I hope all of your busy obligations come off without a hitch, and that you can get a calming time in the sewing room once it passes.

I can’t wait for winter to be done. We’ve not had one like this for about 6 years and I sure didn’t miss it!

Thank you, it’s really helped me to focus to have a list. Winter has come out way with some heavy (for here!) Snow Falls today. (Just a few cms!)

Hi Celine. We’ve been getting lots of snow this week too, and I’ll admit to being tired of shovelling. Stay warm and have fun sewing 🤗

Thanks for the welcome last week Carol and happy to join in for more! As I commented on one of the link up posts, there is one good thing about cold weather — it’s a good reason to stay inside and craft! Stay warm and creative!!
