To-Do Tuesday Linky Party #52

It’s getting closer and closer to Christmas and to the end of the year. Are you feeling the pressure like I am to finish a few things up?

How have you been doing with your lists? Did you see all of the posts from last week’s party? just look at all of the amazing projects that have been shared with all of us! We had 18 lovely posts to visit, read, enjoy and cheer the writers on!

Last week had me leaving home to be with my dear friend D. She had to have emergency surgery, but with the hospitals being so busy and short staffed, the surgery had been postponed 3 times. So not only did I not accomplish much on my list, I forgot to link my post to the party or to any of the other parties I try to join.

Now it’s time to join the party:

  • This linky party is for any project – It can be in-progress or a finished piece.
  • You can link up your blog post (not your homepage please) or Instagram photo from the past week that features one of your projects.
  • If you are linking to a blog post, I ask that you link back to my blog somewhere in your post. There will be a linky party available every week!
  • This is a party so remember to socialize and comment on the posts of others.
  • Following or commenting on my blog is not necessary but it sure would be great if you do!
  • You are invited to the Inlinkz link party

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.

  1. Hope your friend is recovering well from surgery. I’m not ready for the end of the year, but it comes anyway. It really is time to just know that what gets done, gets done and what doesn’t will just ride into next year.

    1. Hi Kate. Yes D. is recovering and I will be heading home tomorrow. Thank you for your sweet comment. At this point I’ve pretty much figured out that everything will be riding in to the new Year. Hope you are doing better with your goals. 😉

  4. It is definitely a busy time and we should go easy on ourselves! I did kind of push to get everything done but at an early date. Thank goodness I’m pretty much there and should have all next week to clean or sew only IF I WANT though, not because I have to! Whew!
