To – Do Tuesday Linky Party #5

Quilt Schmilt

Hello and welcome to the To Do Tuesday link party!

Last week we had 30 people link up their posts with all of the projects they are working on or managed to finish! I had so much fun visiting each and every post and think I’ve figured out a work around so I can comment on your posts if WordPress and Blogger aren’t playing nicely! Not only do I use a laptop or my Mac with Chrome, I can always post anonymously and just enter my name, website address and email in the comment.

Our weather has changed again. It’s been a crazy month with subzero temperatures, then atmospheric rivers causing rain, then balmy, clear skies, then grey skies and snow, and now we are back to the deep freeze (-17 C forecast). I’m curious to see what February will be like. 🤔

Have you been doing either the Project Quilting Challenges or the SAHRR? I’ve been having fun with both and here we are so far:

My next plan is to figure out how to add a slide show of some of your beautiful projects, but the technology is challenging me 😉

Here are the details for linking up:

  • This linky party is for any project – It can be in-progress or a finished piece.
  • You can link up your blog post (not your homepage please) or Instagram photo from the past week that features one of your projects.
  • If you are linking to a blog post, I ask that you link back to my blog somewhere in your post. There will be a linky party available every week!
  • This is a party so remember to socialize and comment on the posts of others.
  • Following or commenting on my blog is not necessary but it sure would be great if you do!

It is now your turn to share what you are working on or have finished.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.

  1. So glad you figured out how to comment on uncooperative blogs. 😉 I have to comment using two different accounts on Blogger and WordPress – seems like they could make it a little easier, right? Thanks for the linkup!

  2. Thanks for hosting the linky, Carol. I haven’t gotten a Tuesday post done yet, but hope to sneak it in today – it’s my Project Quilting reveal, but I might tack on a to-do list. We’ll see if my morning coffee motivates me enough! LOL

  3. I can’t believe it is already Tuesday again. I guess the whole country is having crazy weather this year. Saturday, we were near 60 and today we are in the 20s. We have some ice on the ground but I wish we had snow like you do. I don’t think there is anything as pretty as snow on evergreen trees, at least until it breaks the limbs.

    1. Hi Marti. Seeing the snowy trees and mountain tops are two of my favourite things about living here in BC. Luckily we haven’t had many trees breaking this year. When they do it usually results in power outages for hours. 😉

  4. Hum, slide show… no idea but I bet it is doable with your Mac. I’m just happy I can get my pictures in my post each week. I wish I could move them where I want to but that isn’t happening. Sigh. Thanks for hosting this linky party!
