Happy Mail

Today when we checked the mail I was doing a happy dance. I GOT MAIL!

In January I had written a blog post (here) to link with Kathleen McMusing Tips & Tutorials on the 22nd and Kathleen emailed me that I had won a Charm Pack! 😄

I went to open my package but it was already open (thanks Customs😳) and unsealed. Made it easy to check out my goodies though 😄

A Happy Days Charm Pack by Sherri & Chelsea (Don’t you just love those happy springlike fabrics?) and a sweet little pattern by Kitchen Table Quilting.

Now I have to make a decision; use Happy Days for the included pattern or an upcoming planned project? Isn’t it wonderful to have such choices! 😉

I have to say thank you Kathleen for providing me with such a wonderful reason to smile and do a happy dance.

Have you visited Kathleen’s Website Kathleen McMusing? It’s got some really fun content, and I must say I enjoy reading her Island Batik Ambassador posts, checking out her great patterns and reading the great Tutorials, both Kathleen’s and the other bloggers who link up on the Tips & Tutorials on the 22nd Linky Party!

Thank you for reading my post. As usual I will reply to each comment and really appreciate the followers of my little blog. 😄 Carol

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.

  1. Hi Carol! YIPPEE! I can’t think of any of my friends that needed some HAPPY mail more than you. Congrats to you. It is a very happy fabric and I can’t wait to see what you decide to do with it. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
