The Scrappy Quilter is Doing it Again!

Joy @ The Joyful Quilter has posted about the Winter 2022 UFO Clb on Ravelry.

Just click on her blog name to go to the post. Here are the rules.

“The WINTER 2022 UFO Club is now OPEN for sign-ups!! Participants MUST list (at least) FIVE projects. Photos should accompany the list. Sign-ups end at midnight EDT on Friday, January 7, 2022. (In the Quilters Knitting group on Ravelry.)

NOTE: All qualifying finishes must be posted BEFORE midnight EST on March 31, 2022!!!”

For my list I first have 3 projects which I can’t share photos of because they are for upcoming Blog Hops.

My next 5 projects are quilt tops from my UFO list that need to be put on the longarm to be quilted and then bound:

Small Change which will be given a name when I make the label. It is destined to be a quilt for D!
Wunderbar will be for my oldest great grandson, Mason on his 8th birthday.
Every Which Way But Loose really needs to be finished.
Phoenix Rising has to be finished before spring and the possibility of another crazy Wildfire Season.
My 2021 SAHRR quilt top needs to be finished now that the 2022 SAHRR is beginning.

If I get these done I will be happy but then there are the two new scrappy projects I’ve started to use up some leftover bits and some strips and squares from my scrap bins which will likely be finished quilt tops in the next week or so. 😉

If I can get these 8 quilts finished I will have a really good start to my PHD for 2022 as well as The Winter UFO Club. 😄

I do hope your year is starting with some organized planned projects perhaps including some of your UFO’s.

In case you hadn’t guessed winter has returned to my corner of the world. We received almost 3’ of snow overnight. 😳

This is our driveway this morning before the grader arrived to plow us out!

Thank you for taking some time to read my post. Your comments make my day and I reply to everyone and appreciate each and everyone of you who have chosen to follow my blog. 😄 Carol

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.
