My first goal was to get this quilt finished for my granddaughter to gift to her best friend. The push for me to travel to the studio was hearing my DIL and grands will be in Alberta this week. Done and mailed!
The quilt was made from a pattern, Waltzing With Bears by Sandra from MMM Quilts which I modified by adding more blocks/borders.
And here is my Waltzing with Friends quilt, quilted, threads buried, binding hand sewn and in the mail due to arrive the same day my granddaughter gets to see her best friend 😉
I am working on this pile of fabric goodness;
I only have 16 more blocks to go now that I have determined the layout. Some Progress!
My third and fourth goals are to finish the two pattern test quilt tops I need to make by month end. No pretty pictures of fabric pulls for these two 😉. Both finished, posts written and just waiting for release dates to post.
I’d also like to finish my panel quilt challenge this month. It is sewn but again, I need to travel to my studio to finish quilting it. 😢. I went to the studio, but was down with a migraine for 2 days, so no progress.
The only other must do on my list is to finish writing my blog post for the upcoming blog hop. Finished and posted.
All in all I am content with my progress and even some finishes this month!
Thank you for stopping by to read my post. 😄 Carol
I missed joining the linky party at Elm Street quilts by 5 minutes!
You had a good, productive month despite the migraine. Looking forward to seeing what that stack of pretty fabric is going to be!
