#2021 Planning Party

It’s time for Yvonne at Quilting Jetgirl’s annual link up to help with setting goals and plans for the new year.

My goal for the year is twofold:

1. Learn to use my new toy once it is delivered and set up.

Covid is interfering with shipments, delivery dates and installation of treasures as well as keeping in quarantine/isolation and being safe. It’s a good thing I have patience but it looks like I just might get it the first week in the New Year. 😄

2. See the totes in the next photo? They are filled with my unquilted tops, complete with backing, binding and extra fabric in case I decide to make any of the quilts larger.

I think with this many quilts to practise on I should be a content longarmer by the end of 2021. 😉

My only other goals this year are to keep up with the requests for pattern testing and actually finish the tops to quilted and bound stage. I’m going to try to not add anything else to my UFO List or To Be Quilted Pile. I am hoping that the projects which the squirrels bring to mind or drop in my lap will be finished if I keep to the plan! 🐿

Thank you for stopping by to read my post.

Happy New Year to you all 🥳 Carol

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.
