Another week has gone by and so many of our quilty friends are sharing their lists of loves and likes over on LeeAnna blog, Not Afraid of Color. Do pop on over to see what treasures they are sharing with all of us today.
My week has been full of fun and interesting events.
I like driving in the early morning through our mountains. I had to go to New Denver to take my training for our Provincial Elections. I like doing my civic duty and always try to work in some capacity to help our process work. I am especially pleased with the safety protocols that have been enacted to keep both workers and voters safe this time around.

After my day of training I came home and managed after dinner to spend some time with fabric. I’m really liking the way these fabric are playing together for the test pattern I’m doing.

I love the view outside our door today. Our mountaintops are showing off the first bright, white scattering of snow. It always makes me happy to have a few days or weeks of seeing the white before we actually get to walk in it!

I love having such a large and amazing family and really appreciate the many photos I receive.
This sweet little man is my youngest grandson, and is on his way in to his first day of school. We are all having a chuckle because his school is in Mexico and is Spanish speaking. I love my son and daughter in laws way of parenting their kids. Adventures abound in their lives!

I admit to being particularly fond of this sweet little poppet.

I do like collecting memes to share with all of you.

And now, since it is my birthday, I am off to go for a socially, distanced dinner with my DH. We have our warm jackets ready to wear since we will be dining outdoors on the deck. 😉
Thank you for stopping by and do pop over to LeeAnna’s blog to see what others are sharing today. 😄 Carol

Hi Carol! Happy Happy Birthday!! I hope you are enjoying dinner with DH. {{Hugs}} Gosh, how did Clarke get so big all of a sudden?! She is a little sweetheart. I’d love to swing her up and have her tell me all the news. Her and Addi would have a fun time pushing all those buttons together. ~smile~ Roseanne

Hi Roseanne. It was an alright dinner but the lemony square desert was incredible! It was a bit nippy but fun to do something that is so far out of what our “normal” life has become. Isn’t it amazing that Clarke is taking steps already! Can you imagine her and Addi together? I am and I confess to giggling 😉

Thank you Wendy. Dinner out was a bit nippy but so worth it for the lemon square for desert! My view does make my day start perfectly and these littles just fill my heart. 😄
