Sunday Sewing

I woke up this morning to one of the nicest days we have had this month.

The sunshine just made my day brighter and seemed to pick up my spirits.

I had fun working on my Ruby’s bean bag chair. It just needs the zipper sewn in which is basted.

Then I managed to get caught up on Days Fulled With Joy’s Quilt Along. How could you not want do a mystery from a Blog with a name like that?

Then I managed a bit more on catching up with the Star Kissed Quilt Along from Wedding Dress Blue. I’m using 2 1/2″ squares for my centre blocks.

Fabrics are now cut for my Christmas in July Blog Hop project. I should get that sewing started tomorrow.

Last but not least, I cut some fabrics for another QAL that I’ve been wanting to do. I’ll post more on that when I get closer to starting.

Thanks for dropping by. What are you working on today? 😄 Carol

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.
