1. January 2. “Hooty Who“ a flannel quilt for a sweet baby boy due in 2 weeks. 40” x 48” machine pieced. FM Quilted on my DSM – fabrics from my stash.
2. January 5. “Project Quilting 17.1 – A Clean Slate” 5” x 13” a sweet mini to hang on my gifted mini quilt rack; using leftovers instead of putting them in my scrap bin.
3. January 9 “ Dragonfly Needlepoint” Gift Box – needlepoint mounted on Box Lid and the box is filled with organic teas and gifted to a friend after returning home from a gruelling 7 hour surgery.
3. January 24th – Project Quilting 17.2 Scads of Plaid – a Memory Pillow 16” square. Made for the wife of one of DH’s family who passed. The shirt was the last one I saw Dan wearing on the golf course. Complete with pockets for “treasures” and a grey cotton T-shirt underneath just as Dan wore them.
