Happy Father’s Day

Wishing all of you a day filled with laughter and joy if you get to spend time with the men in your life who matter; fathers, husbands, sons, sons in law, grandsons, and grandsons in law. I’m sure they are all men that you can be proud of and love, as I do with mine.

Mine was spent with my DH, visiting on line with the rest of my menfolk, sharing stories of their days, reminding them of the pride I feel when thinking of them with their children, and of course fondling fabric.

And best of all I got to deliver a finished quilt today

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.

    1. Thanks Kate. DH had a good day. He managed a couple of holes of golf and his son called. Gave him his favourite dinner (barbecued burger) and a slice of homemade lemon cake with a lemon curd filling and whip cream on top. As he says, he “in doggie heaven”. It’s nice Grad Girl called and even better to hear she will be home soon. 🤗
