December One Monthly Goal

Here it is the last month of the year 2021 and it’s time to set our goals for the month to be able to link up with Elm Street Quilts.

I’m working on a new pattern or two to help me use up the contents of my pre cut scraps. My goal is to get a couple of quilt tops finished and patterns written.

I’m also still trying to get away to the studio to get a couple of more UFOs finished on the longarm before this year ends. while I’m there I will also do a proper list of all of the quilt tops in those bins so I really know how many need to be finished.

So scrappy quilt tops, a pattern or two written, some longarming fun, and an inventory list of quilt tops needing to be finished. Might be a little ambitious but isn’t that the fun of having goals? Challenging ourselves to do just a bit more before this year finally comes to an end. I will not be sad to see the end of 2021 and can only hope 2022 will be better for all of us!

Here’s a photo of my winter wonderland 😉

Last month I had chosen to make items to donate to the group that makes up Christmas Hampers for low income families and seniors in our little valley. The need has doubled so I determined to make 36 gifts and managed to get 42 done. 😄

I appreciate you taking the time to visit my blog. Good luck to all of you getting the things on your list finished and your monthly goals met. 😉 Carol

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.
