Mid Year Check In

Yvonne from Quilting Jetgirl has a yearly resolution linky party to set new goals for the year. Then mid year she has a checkin for us to see how we are doing with keeping our goals.

I had not set my yearly goals this year but if I had it would be to work on clearing up my backlog of UFO’s and to finish any new projects I start to not create and new UFO’s.

How am I doing so far? Here’s my spreadsheet which I’m using to track my projects:

I’m not sure how I’ve done it but I’ve missed some finishes on my list. I’m pleased with my. UFO’s being thinned down and happy that most of this years starts are complete!

My quilting adventure was greatly improved with the purchase of a longarm/frame but it had to be set up at a studio 5 hours drive away. It means I can only get away to play occasionally but it has been a fun learning experience. 😀

Here’s a few of my finishes that I am particularly fond of:

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I always respond to and appreciate receiving your comments. 😉 Carol

I have been fondling fabric and creating things with fabric and fiber for as long as I can remember. My children had homemade clothes, blankets, canning and quilts most of their lives. Now I create goodies to share! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy making them! When I am not creating with fiber or fabric I keep busy with Dear Heart, kids, grandkids, great grandkids.
