If you’ve never checked LeeAnna’s blog, Not Afraid of Color, you really need to pop over to see the lists of things that bring joy to several friend’s lives. I always enjoy seeing the treasured glimpses in to these great blogger’s lives and happiness.
I missed posting last week since there is some stuff going on that to be dealt with.
This was my adventure last Friday;

I’ve not had a lot of motivation or inspiration for quilting fun but did have a blog hop to participate in.
Then I started on a project that I have been collecting batiks scraps from projects, from fabric wins and gifted from friends;

Since my mojo has been in short supply I have been going for a lot of walks to enjoy my scenery.

Here in BC we are limited to travel within our health care region for necessary travel only. I’m hoping soon the limitations will be loosened so I can get to my studio to play with the longarm. If not, I’ll just have to hope my sewjo comes back so I can get motivated to play more with fabric.

Thanks for stopping by to read my blog. I love it when I get visitors or comments! 😄 Carol
That meme cracks me up! Haha! Thanks for the chuckle!

Carol, since your long arm is within your district, AND I’d say that quilting aids with mental health, that would make the trip to your long arm essential. 🙂

I do like the way you think Gail. I’ll have to see if DH agrees with you 😉

Hi Carol! Oh, how nice that you are finally make a quilt for YOU! You deserve it. I can’t wait to see the pattern/design you’ve chosen as well as all those pretty fabrics in a stack. Isn’t it just great to see everything turning green right before our eyes? The tree outside my office window is in full bloom with tons of little white flowers. The hillside that was brown is now covered in a pretty green and soon it will have little purple flowers. It’s a wonderful time of year. ~smile~ Roseanne

Your stack of batiks look pretty. What a beautiful view on your walks. LOL – I subtitled a quilt for my mother as “Blood, sweat and swearing”. She loves that quilt!
