Shelly issued the first challenge on December 29. It was to clear your work surfaces. With Shelley’s other challenges through the year I have been more diligent about tidying my tiny sewing space but it had gotten bad again.
Then I tackled my sewing table!
When seated at my machine, I have a three tired cart to the right which contains my next projects and various notions I use frequently. Behind me you can see an aqua tray with my current project in. Various drawers contain my thread collection, notions and fat quarters or project bags with upcoming projects in them.
I hope your New Years Eve is calm, safe and this New Year brings everyone peace, prosperity, good health and a return to normalcy with some of the lessons learned through the Pandemic intact. I’m so glad you took the time to visit my site. 🥳 Carol
Good for you! I need to do that clearning thing, too. Two of your pictures are broken.

I cleared off the top of my dresser (which contains fabric). It looks rather forlorn, all clean and tidy. LOL

Hi Roseanne. It was good to tidy up. Now to finish taming the scraps. 😉

Hi Carol,
I’ve been spending 30 min each week tidying and putting things away and then a quick vacuum. I’m sure if anyone saw part of my studio, they wouldn’t believe me at all!
Happy Quilting in your nice tidy space! 🙂

Gail that’s a good plan to do it as you go. Mine is usually tidy but I let the scraps pile up 😒
